Dr Richard Clarnette
Dr Richard Clarnette specialises in disorders of the knee and hip including sports injuries, joint replacement and arthroscopic surgery.
Dr Clarnette obtained his Orthopaedic Fellowship in 2001, and pursuing his surgical interests, completed a Fellowship in Sports Medicine, Toronto, Canada, in 1997; and a Fellowship in Hip and Knee Arthroscopy and Revision Arthroplasty, Exeter, UK in1998.
Dr Clarnette has research interests in anterior cruciate reconstruction, meniscal repair techniques and hip replacement surgery, and is a member of the Australian Knee Society. He is a Senior Orthopaedic Consultant at the Royal Adelaide Hospital. He is also a Clinical Lecturer at The University of Adelaide.
