Dr Sharron Flahive

Dr Sharron Flahive is widely recognised as one of Australia's leading Sports Physicians. She has specialised in Sports Medicine for over 15 years and is a full Fellow of the Australasian College of Sports Physicians.

Sharron was the first female Sports Physician to be appointed to a professional rugby union team and has held the Chief Medical Officer appointment of the NSW Waratah Rugby Team since 1999.

Sharron’s prevention and rehabilitation programs have attracted global peer recognition and she was recently invited as a key note speaker at the World Congress on Low Back & Pelvic Pain in Barcelona (Nov 2007). Her programs are individually tailored to ensure the prevention or rehabilitation of injury for athletes of all ages and levels.
